These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rapid88 ("Company", "we", "platform"). This Agreement governs your use of all services offered through the rapid88.best website and any related applications.

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied for settlement — not the live odds during the match, unless for in-play bets.

For matches postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For in-play bets on matches suspended mid-game, outcomes are determined based on the score at the time of suspension, subject to the rules of the relevant sport.

• Matches that are postponed or cancelled before kick-off will result in all related bets being voided.

• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering — using the rapid88 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.

• A request by the member themselves to close their account (voluntary closure).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account (after deducting bonus winnings that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 7 working days.
